SUMMER TRAINING:

IN-PERSON WORKOUT CAPACITY WILL BE LIMITED IN ORDER TO COMPLY WITH CDC RECOMMENDATIONS FOR SOCIAL DISTANCING. WORKOUTS WILL BE CONDUCTED BY COACH BRIANNA KUSLER AND COACH SKYLER BERTRAM.

Coach Kusler has a B.S. in Human Perfomance & Fitness and is a Certified Sports Performance Specialist and has certifications in Sports Nutrition & Injury Prevention. Kusler Klinics has a variety of options within the Performance Program, and all are geared toward developing young athletes to become successful on the court and in life.

Summer 2020 is opening new doors as we transition to a new normal navigating the COVID-19 pandemic. Your health and safety is, and always will be, our top priority. We are eager to provide new opportunities for athletes virtually, and safely in-person at our new performance facility in downtown Aberdeen!

More opportunities will be added as we continue to grow our performance program. We are available for outreach camps for our performance program. See more information regarding our outreach camps below.

Can't make a workout at the scheduled Zoom time? No problem! Workouts will be uploaded to our virtual page for athletes to access and complete.

Minimal Weights Required 

Bodyweight exercises & light weight utilized throughout workouts.

Don't have weight equipment? Let's get creative! Laundry detergent, milk jugs, and sand bags can go a long way. Contact us if you have questions or need ideas!

Traveling with an entire team is inconvenient. With our outreach camps, we bring our experienced, knowledgeable team into your gym. We've worked with hundreds of athletes on their home court. This unique opportunity allows our team to come to you, and be in an environment well known and easily accessible for your players. These camps are designed to improve fundamental skills, set attainable goals, and enhance team chemistry. Outreach camps are tailored to meet each team's specific needs. From 2-4 days straight to 1x each week for the summer, our outreach camps are designed to fit what works best for your team. Duration of the camp can be modified for each age group. Pricing will be determined based on number of athletes, distance traveled (from Aberdeen), and length of camp.

Our ultimate goal is to help every player improve their offensive, defensive, position-specific skills, and court recognition to become the best they can be.
